Step 1.
Take a Photo!
Taking a photo of yourself is a really motivating way to assess the changes in your body as you progress throughout the program. It’s also great for when you are struggling mentally, you can re-look at them anytime to keep yourself on track and accountable.
Step 2.
Take Your Measurements
Use a tape measure to take measurements of the key areas of your body, these can include your chest, upper arms, waist, hips and thighs. Record your measurements on the USANA 28 Day Transform Pack
Step 3.
Weigh Yourself
Weigh yourself before you start, to give yourself a baseline weight.
Hot Tip: Try not to weigh yourself until the end of the challenge as weight can fluctuate day to day and it won’t give you an accurate reading. Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so don’t be disheartened if you haven’t lost weight.
